There are three places that configuration changes need to be made. You will need to select 'Advanced Mode' from the options at the top of the screen. Details of the three sections that need to be changed can be found below, click on the section title shown below to see a screen shot of the required settings.
Your SIP username is a lower case 'u' follwed by your user ID.

Note: We have found that the current version of the configuration manager built into the Zoom ATA does not function correctly under Internet Explorer 7. To access all of the menus you may need to use a different browser.
